For the Bastille Day celebration hosted by the French Consulate in Miami, Roc Sol brought an extraordinary artistic experience to life at Paradise Plaza, a 7,800 square foot event space in the heart of the Miami Design District. During a captivating breakdance performance by the Miami Bboy Academy, Roc Sol painted the Eiffel Tower live on canvas in an innovative upside-down approach. As the breakdancers moved and spun, the artwork slowly revealed its full form, culminating in a striking tribute to the iconic landmark of Paris and a powerful visual representation of the upcoming 2024 Olympic Games.

The evening celebrated not only the French national holiday but also the imminent Paris 2024 Olympics and the 100th anniversary of the Art Deco movement, a theme that brought an additional layer of cultural richness to the night. Nearly 300 guests gathered for a dazzling celebration that bridged French heritage with the excitement of the Olympic Games. The event was attended by Ronan Le Gleut, Senator representing French citizens abroad, and the Consul General of France in Miami, and was sponsored by LVMH and Barton and Guestier, with floral design by Native Blooms.

The evening featured a musical performance by the David Attelan Jazz Trio with singer Bianco Rosario, and mesmerizing breakdance choreography from the Miami Bboy Academy under the direction of Michael Lo, also known as Kid Jet. Throughout the night the audience was immersed in the energy of French culture, sport, and art as the evening showcased the Olympic and Paralympic values of friendship, respect, excellence, and courage.

Roc Sol's live painting performance stood as a symbol of creative expression, honoring the Olympic spirit and celebrating French culture in Miami. The completed canvas was donated to the Consulate General of France in Miami as a lasting tribute to the evening.
