Meet Adrian Lorenzo

Muralist | Artist

Adrian Lorenzo is a Miami-based contemporary abstract artist, muralist, and entrepreneur whose story is as compelling as his work. A University of Pennsylvania graduate, Adrian spent years as a baseball executive, most recently as Senior Director of International Operations for the Miami Marlins, before trading the front office for the studio to pursue art full-time. His pivot from Major League Baseball to the creative world was covered by MLB.com, CBS News, and the University of Pennsylvania, cementing his reputation as one of Miami's most interesting emerging voices in contemporary art.

With over 10 years of experience in art and design, his body of work encompasses fine art, murals, footwear design, and digital art, all reflecting a deep commitment to innovative and expressive visual storytelling. His practice is anchored by two distinct signature styles: "Symbolz," a refined symbol-driven approach inspired by geometric patterns and abstract line work, and "$wish-n-drip," a raw and emotionally charged gestural abstraction influenced by expressionism. Together, these styles reflect the full range of his creative voice: disciplined and intuitive, structured and free.

Adrian's passion lies in pushing boundaries through art and collaborating with private collectors, businesses, and nonprofit organizations to deliver unique and impactful projects. As Chief Vision Officer of Casa Cultura in West Miami, he brings that same vision to building creative community infrastructure. He is also a co-host of El Big League Show alongside Danny Enriquez, a live program about global baseball from the perspective of a former Red Sox and Marlins executive, and is affiliated with the Seven8Six Sports Network.

As a member of the Project Roadmap artist collective, Adrian brings a perspective shaped by culture, community, and the belief that every experience, every career pivot, every risk taken, adds a new and essential layer to the work.
